SalesFunnels.io Affiliate Policy

1. Eligibility & registration

• To join, complete the SalesFunnels.io affiliate application form. Applications are approved at John Lee Group's discretion.
• Once registered, you'll receive your SalesFunnels.io Affiliate Portal login details by email. Log in at member.salesfunnels.io/affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, complete details when you register, and keep them up to date, including your payment details.
• Your affiliate account and link are personal to you and must not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Commission

• "Net" means the revenue John Lee Group actually receives for the referred subscription, after refunds, chargebacks, discounts and applicable taxes.
• Commission is only paid on completed, successful paid subscriptions that generate actual revenue for John Lee Group.

3. Qualifying referrals

A referral qualifies when

• A new customer signs up through your unique affiliate link
• The customer completes a successful paid subscription that generates revenue

A referral does not qualify when

• Refunds or cancellations. The purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back.
• Existing leads. The lead already exists in the John Lee Group database because of a previous referral. On request, John Lee Group will provide reasonable proof that the lead was recorded before your submission or promotion.
• Promotions. The customer signs up using any promotion, promo code, discount, waiver, internal allocation or complimentary access.
• Self-referrals. You refer yourself, your own business or your own accounts. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

• You are responsible for giving correct bank details. John Lee Group is not responsible for payments delayed or lost because of incorrect details.
• Commission paid on a referral that is later refunded, cancelled or charged back may be deducted from future payments.
• You are responsible for any taxes on the commission you receive.

5. Promotion guidelines

Promote SalesFunnels.io honestly, through approved channels such as social media, email to your own opted-in audience, content, and one-to-one conversations.

• Be honest and accurate about what SalesFunnels.io does, who it's for and what it costs
• Clearly disclose that you're an affiliate and may earn a commission
• Use current pricing and plan details from www.salesfunnels.io
• Follow all applicable laws and platform rules, including advertising, consumer protection, privacy and anti-spam laws

6. Prohibited activities

• Spam, unsolicited messages, or emailing purchased or scraped lists
• Misleading claims about pricing, features, results or income
• Creating your own discounts, coupons or offers that aren't authorised by John Lee Group
• Impersonating SalesFunnels.io, John Lee Group or John Lee, or implying you are an employee or official partner
• Using SalesFunnels.io, John Lee Group or John Lee names or trademarks in domains, social handles or paid search ads without written approval
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake sign-ups or any other attempt to manipulate tracking
• Promoting on sites or channels with illegal, hateful, adult or otherwise inappropriate content

7. Tracking & attribution

• Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. You can see your referrals and commissions in your SalesFunnels.io Affiliate Portal.
• John Lee Group's internal payment and attribution records determine commission eligibility, and its decision is final.

8. Other John Lee Group programmes

This policy covers SalesFunnels.io subscription plans only. To be eligible for commission on other John Lee Group programmes, visit johnlee.com/affiliates for more details and to register.

9. Suspension & termination

• You may leave the program at any time by emailing support@johnleegroup.com.
• John Lee Group may suspend or end your participation at any time if you breach this policy, act fraudulently or harm the SalesFunnels.io or John Lee Group brands.
• If your participation ends because of a breach, unpaid commission may be forfeited. Otherwise, valid commission earned before the end date will be paid in the normal payment cycle.

10. Changes to this policy

John Lee Group may update this policy, including commission rates and payment terms, at any time. The latest version is published on this page, and continuing to take part in the program after an update means you accept it.
